Event Summary
Due to expected street closures, California Cable Car Line service will be provided by buses for all hours of operation on Thursday and Friday, May 9 and 10. Additionally, the 1 California will have a minor outbound reroute from 4 a.m to 10 p.m.. Please continue reading below for more information.
Street Closures
The following streets will be closed all day on Thursday and Friday:
- California between Powell & Taylor
- Mason between Pine & Sacramento
Service Changes
Four buses will provide California Cable Car Line service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday, May 9-10. All regular California Cable Car Line stops will be serviced, except as noted in the table below due to necessary reroutes to accommodate the expected street closures. The outbound 1 California Route will have a small reroute in place with five stops missed along Sacramento Street.
